Terms and Conditions Summery for Gold Level Services LLC:

Quoting process:

  1. Define the scope of the work: The first step in generating a quote is to define the scope of the work requested by the customer. This includes any drawings or specifications they may provide. If the customer does not provide the necessary drawings, include the cost for creating the drawings in the quote.

  2. Evaluate the material: Once the scope of the work has been defined, evaluate the material that the customer is looking for. Determine the cost of the material and any additional tooling that may be required to complete the project.

  3. Calculate the cost of labor: After evaluating the material, calculate the cost of labor required to complete the project. This may include programming time for CNC machines, manual machining time, and any time needed for welding or 3D printing.

  4. Determine the shipping method the customer wants to use and include the shipping costs in the quote

  5. Create the quote: Once all of the costs have been calculated, create the quote for the customer. Include a breakdown of all costs, including material, tooling, and labor. If necessary, include the cost for creating the necessary drawings.

  6. Determine payment terms: Gold Level Services requires that material and tooling be paid for in advance as a non-refundable deposit if the total cost exceeds $50. Accept payment on completion or payment in stages if the project is larger. Net 30 may be offered if the customer has good payment history.

  7. Submit the quote: Submit the quote to the customer for review. If they accept the quote, collect the deposit and begin work on the project.

  8. Update the customer: Keep the customer updated on the progress of the project throughout the manufacturing process, and notify them of any changes in cost or delivery schedule.


Change Order Procedure for Gold Level Services:

  1. Customer submits a written request for a change in the project scope, including changes to specifications, materials, or deadlines.

  2. Gold Level Services evaluates the feasibility and cost of the requested changes and communicates this to the customer, along with any potential impacts on the project timeline.

  3. Gold Level Services provides a written estimate of the additional cost and time required to implement the change order.

  4. If the customer agrees to the proposed changes, they must sign and return the change order form.

  5. Gold Level Services updates the project plan, including any changes to the timeline or budget, and communicates this to the customer.

  6. If the change order results in a delay or an increase in project cost, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred as a result of the change order. This includes any additional labor, materials, or shipping costs that may be necessary.

  7. Gold Level Services will keep detailed records of all change orders and communicate any impacts to the project timeline or budget in a timely manner to the customer.


Warranty of workmanship:

At Gold Level Services, we take pride in our work and stand behind it with a warranty of workmanship. We guarantee that our work will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of completion. If any defects arise within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the work at no additional cost to the customer.

However, this warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or modification of the products or services we provide. Additionally, any repairs or modifications made by a third party without our written consent will void this warranty.

Furthermore, our liability for any damages or losses arising from our work is limited to the cost of the work performed. We exclude any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We also exclude damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or modification of the products or services we provide.

By accepting our services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions of warranty of workmanship and limited liability.


Intellectual property’s and Confidentiality:

At Gold Level Services, we take the protection of intellectual property very seriously. As a small machine shop with no employees, you can rest assured that your confidential information is in safe hands. We understand that our customers may have proprietary designs and confidential information that they want to keep secure. That's why we have strict policies and agreements in place to safeguard our customers' intellectual property.

When a customer provides us with their drawings or prototypes, we treat that information as confidential and proprietary. We only use that information to fulfill the customer's order and do not share it with any third parties.

In addition, we work with our customers to establish ownership agreements that clearly define who owns the intellectual property rights to the prototypes we create. If the customer provides the drawings or specifications, they typically retain ownership of the intellectual property. However, if we contribute to the design or development of the prototype, we may negotiate joint ownership or licensing agreements with the customer.

Our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality prototypes while respecting their intellectual property rights. If you have any questions or concerns about how we handle intellectual property, please don't hesitate to contact us.

At Gold Level Services, we understand that shipping and delivery are an essential part of our services. We are committed to providing our customers with the flexibility to choose their preferred shipping method. When placing an order with us, customers can select their desired shipping carrier and method during the checkout process. If customers have any specific shipping instructions or requests, we are happy to accommodate them to the best of our ability.


While we take every precaution to ensure that our products are packaged and shipped securely, we understand that damages can occur during the shipping process. Therefore, we require that customers inspect their package for any damage or missing items upon receipt. If there is any damage, customers should contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping, but we will work with our customers to resolve any issues to the best of our ability. Customers have the option to purchase shipping insurance if they want additional protection against damages during shipping.


Dispute Resolution Policy for Gold Level Services

  1. Communication: In the event of a dispute, the customer should first communicate their concerns directly to the owner of Gold Level Services.

  2. Negotiation: The parties will then engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the dispute. This may involve discussing the facts, clarifying misunderstandings, and exploring possible solutions.

  3. Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, the parties may agree to engage in mediation with a mutually acceptable mediator. The costs of the mediator will be shared equally between the parties.

  4. Legal Action: If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation or mediation, the parties may resort to legal action. The parties agree that any legal action will be filed in the state where Gold Level Services is located.

Liability Statement: Gold Level Services is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from a dispute between the parties, including any costs associated with legal action. By entering into a business relationship with Gold Level Services, the customer agrees to release Gold Level Services from any liability related to disputes that may arise.
